Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by WheelieGraphic.co.uk  , all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.

Return Rights

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and providing the internal packaging remains unopened and products remains unused, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless your refund request is received by us within 7 days of your receipt of the purchased item and the item is not a specially made item. We reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary.

If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to returns@wheeliegraphic.co.uk  . Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item description, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include a copy of the invoice that was emailed to you upon purchase. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a traceable method.

Pricing

Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit. All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling. Postage and packaging is added to each order where applicable.

Disclaimers

We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.

Wheelie Graphic do not accept responsibility for the product arriving late or not being fit for purpose due to any reasoning beyond our, or our suppliers control, including (but not exclusively) natural disasters, extreme weather conditions and industrial action.  Wheelie Graphic  do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of the product post delivery.

Although every effort has been made to ensure that the  Wheelie Graphic Product does not contravene any law or legislation layed down by by the courts of England and Wales and or any individual Councils of the United Kingdom, Wheelie Graphic does not accept responsibility for any changes in the law or legislation made by the courts of England and Wales and or any individual Council of the United Kingdom.  Wheelie Graphic does not accept responsibility for any request made by the courts of England and Wales and or any individual Council of the United Kingdom with regard to the Wheelie Graphic product and your or their property.

Applicable Law

The offers by Wheelie Graphic , your orders, and the agreements between us for the delivery of our services and products are subject to the laws of the England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us in relation to our products or services.

Modification And Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies, our Terms of Use and these Terms of Sale at any time and in our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review our policies, terms and conditions each time you visit the website. Your continued use of the website after we make any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If any of the terms or conditions herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.

Returns and Refunds

The following is for guidance only and does not affect the Terms of Sale.

General
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. If we have made a mistake we'll also refund the delivery charge. We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you, this will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

How do I return something to  Wheelie Graphic
To return an item to us e-mail us on returns@wheeliegraphic so that we can log the order that is being returned. Post your return to the address detailed on your invoice and enclose a copy of your invoice or delivery note.
